The Cass County Humane Society is a small, non-profit organization. Aside from our hard-working staff, we operate in a lot of ways, on the kindness of fellow animal lovers in our community.
While our staff and board of directors keep us going in the day-to-day operations, we are always looking for interested volunteers who are willing to roll up their sleeves and help!

Our Junior Board is a great way for young members of our community to learn how to operate on a board. Junior members organize fundraising events, learn about shelter operations, and have the chance to make new friends, both human and furry!
Junior Board meets one Sunday a month and will choose their level of commitment to other events throughout the year.
